Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of HVAC systems and electrical systems.

• Monitor tool inventory and perform routine scheduled checks of air conditioning systems.
• Provide on-call support in emergency situations or equipment breakdowns.
• Recommend contracted assistance when on-facility repair is not possible.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Training and licensing in the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems required.
• General knowledge of repair and maintenance is necessary.
• Three (3) years of maintenance or related experience required.
• Must have United States Citizenship and successfully complete preservice training.
• Valid driver's license in the state of Texas with an acceptable driving record required.
