Adamas Building Services is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician/Porter to join our team in Jersey City, New Jersey. Our focus is on delivering exceptional service to both residential and commercial luxury properties, and we are looking for an individual who shares our commitment to excellence. The Maintenance Technician/Porter will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our properties, ensuring that they are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. This position requires a hands-on approach to maintenance and repair tasks, as well as a proactive attitude towards property upkeep. The ideal candidate will have experience working in luxury residential communities and will be familiar with the specific needs and expectations of such environments. The schedule for this full-time position is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, with a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour. In this role, you will be responsible for performing manual repairs as necessary, maintaining electrical systems, and conducting general upkeep procedures. You will also be tasked with various other maintenance-related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall functionality and appearance of the properties we manage. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our properties remain in top condition, providing residents and guests with a comfortable and welcoming environment.
