The technician will handle carpentry, plumbing, painting, and other maintenance duties, while also being responsible for outdoor common areas and preventive maintenance checks.

Responsibilities

• Performs guest room and public area maintenance and repairs
• Conducts carpentry, plumbing, painting, and drywall spackling
• Handles exterior building maintenance repairs as needed
• Cleans and monitors outdoor common areas
• Maintains pools and hot tubs
• Performs grounds maintenance
• Completes preventive maintenance checklists
• Communicates effectively with team members and guests
• Lifts up to 50lbs and stands/walks for extended periods of time
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience or experience with carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, and electrical work required
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
