About the position
The Maintenance Technician at Mid-Plains Community College is responsible for daily maintenance tasks including groundskeeping and assisting with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry installations. Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance tasks including groundskeeping.
- Assist with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry installations.
- Facilitate building repairs and improvements.
- Manage vehicle maintenance and fleet management.
- Receive shipments and manage inventory for facilities operations.
Requirements
- Preferred five years of residential/commercial related construction trade experience.
- Valid Nebraska driver's license.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful.
