The Maintenance Technician 3 will lead and manage teams of technicians while being responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of material handling equipment, particularly conveyors. This role requires a strong background in both mechanical and electrical maintenance, along with leadership skills to train and guide team members. The technician will also provide feedback on preventive maintenance tasks and suggest improvements as necessary.
