About The Position
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment used in production at O&H Danish Bakery. This role involves diagnosing machine malfunctions, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently to minimize production downtime. The technician will also maintain logs, assist with projects, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
