About the position
The Maintenance Technician role at Aerotek involves ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment to maintain and enhance production quality. This position requires collaboration with production teams to troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and contribute to building maintenance. The technician will also engage in precision machining and manage data using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance production quality by ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Collaborate with production teams and subcontractors to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and conveyors.
- Contribute to building maintenance, including mechanical and electrical systems.
- Engage in precision machining and manage tasks such as shaping, cutting, and fabricating metal parts.
- Innovate and fabricate repair parts using various machines and tools.
- Record and manage data using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Work within teams committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Maintenance technician experience.
- Knowledge of electrical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems expertise.

- PLC troubleshooting skills.
