Responsibilities
- Handle service requests including light electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and HVAC/PTAC maintenance.
- Perform apartment turnovers including painting, appliance repair/replacement, plumbing fixes, and lock changes.
- Conduct routine inspections of grounds and buildings to maintain curb appeal.
- Manage snow removal to keep driveways, sidewalks, and office areas clear during winter.
- Provide emergency maintenance on-call for urgent repairs.
Requirements
- Own a vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
- Previous maintenance experience.
- Ability to solve mechanical challenges including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, appliances, and pool maintenance (if applicable).
- Ability to read and follow work orders.
- Strong safety practices and communication skills.
