About the position

The Maintenance Technician at Peak Living is responsible for ensuring that residential units are in market-ready condition, adhering to company standards. This role involves a variety of maintenance tasks, including completing work orders, assisting with building maintenance, and participating in preventative maintenance programs. The position requires flexibility in hours, including potential weekend and after-hours emergency services.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in a property management environment.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.).
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
