About The Position

Requirements

• Basic computational and computer skills.

• Knowledge of mechanical equipment such as chillers, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall operation of the maintenance department and the appearance of the hotel.
• Administer the company's maintenance and life safety programs, including purchasing and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure proper operation of the hotel's equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment.
• Handle maintenance request orders promptly and courteously, logging and following up on requests.
• Communicate regularly with management regarding the condition of the building and related systems.
• Supervise external contractors performing maintenance work.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
