This includes maintaining the overall condition of the property, which encompasses exteriors, common areas, vacant units, floor care, and trash removal. You will also be responsible for the property surrounding the building(s), which includes litter pick-up, janitorial duties, sidewalk clearing, and snow removal, all while ensuring a safe, attractive, and comfortable environment for residents and visitors alike. In addition to these responsibilities, you will perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks. This role requires you to maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents, as well as any vendors working on-site.
