About the position

As a Maintenance Technician I at Millennia Housing Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and readiness of residential units for new occupants. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate tasks and manage supplies effectively to prepare vacant units for re-occupancy. This includes maintaining the overall condition of the property, which encompasses the exteriors, common areas, and vacant units. You will be involved in various maintenance tasks such as floor care, trash removal, and ensuring the property surrounding the building is clean and well-maintained. Additionally, you will conduct walkthroughs of upcoming or newly vacant units to forecast repairs and create quality control checklists to ensure that all units meet move-in standards.
