About The Position
WinnCompanies is looking for a Maintenance Technician I to join our team at Lockwood Plaza, a 209-unit affordable housing community located in Providence, RI. This opportunity offers a pay range of $17.12 - $20.76 per hour, based on experience. Please note that the selected candidate will adhere to the following work schedule: Monday through Thursday, from 8:00AM to 5PM, and Friday from 8:00AM to 3:00PM (early release, but a full day's pay if there's no business need). Additionally, there will be an on-call rotation every 4 weeks.
