About the position

The Maintenance Technician I at Highmark Residential is responsible for performing essential maintenance tasks within the apartment community, ensuring that all service requests are handled efficiently and effectively. This role is critical to maintaining the quality and safety of the living environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
