Greenacres Foundation (GAF) is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician I to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This position is integral to maintaining our facilities and equipment, ensuring that we provide a high-quality experience for all our guests. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment, basic drywall, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance repairs. You will also conduct building inspections, troubleshoot equipment issues, and work with outside contractors to ensure that all maintenance needs are met efficiently and effectively. In this role, you will manage service requests with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and documented daily. You will be expected to perform a full inventory of equipment, diagnose routine maintenance repairs, and carry out various tasks such as electrical work, flooring replacement, locksmith duties, painting, plumbing repairs, and carpentry. The Maintenance Technician will also be involved in home and apartment turnovers, ensuring that all facilities are in top condition for our guests.
