At Drury Hotels, we believe in creating a workplace where you belong. This position involves maintaining the physical hotel property and grounds to ensure a safe and smooth-running environment. You will be responsible for performing repairs and preventive maintenance across various areas of the property, including plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, light carpentry, painting, and HVAC system repairs. Your role will also include developing and monitoring safety programs, keeping detailed records, and providing training to Maintenance Tech I team members. Collaboration with management for recruitment and scheduling is also part of your responsibilities, all while ensuring an exceptional guest experience with a positive service attitude.
