About The Position
Harbor’s Edge is a premier 5-star, resort-style Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located alongside the beautiful harbor in Norfolk, Virginia. Our community consists of 300 Independent Living Residential Units, a 33-bed (Medicare/private) Skilled Nursing Healthcare Unit, a 33-bed Assisted Living Unit, and 15-bed Memory Support Unit. Harbor's Edge is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician II [Electrician] to join our Plant Operations Team at our state-of-the-art facility located in downtown Norfolk. This role will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, responding promptly to electrical emergencies, including power outages, circuit failures, and malfunctions, while ensuring the safety of residents and staff and maintaining a safe working environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical skills, including installation and troubleshooting of electrical systems. Additionally, the successful candidate must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
