The Maintenance Technician (Part-Time) at Bethel Bakery is responsible for performing maintenance and repair work across all bakery facilities and equipment. Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and timely repairs at Bethel Bakery and North Strabane locations.
• Proactively inspect facilities and equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on bakery equipment and company vehicles.
• Troubleshoot and repair structural issues, bakery equipment, and minor plumbing issues.
• Support a culture of safety and collaborate with staff on service requests.
• Train team members on facility maintenance basics and keep accurate records of maintenance requests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrician experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
