About the position

The Maintenance Technician Team Lead at Trulieve is responsible for overseeing the operation and execution of extraction, refinement, and formulation equipment and processes. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality control, and inventory management while fostering a collaborative work environment. The team lead will coach and train employees, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure that all processes adhere to established standards and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the operation and execution of extraction, refinement, and formulations equipment and processes
  • Ensures accurate inventory and inventory controls
  • Participate in Monthly Inventory Audits
  • Ensure team members are following all SOP's, policies, and procedures
  • Champions the goals and directive of the department and leadership
  • Work closely with manufacturing supervisor to gather data
  • Accurate and Timely completion of all data tracking and collection
  • Strive to create a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Coach and train employees in the moment on process and process adherence
  • Maintain accurate documentation and execution of tasks
  • Ensure Consistency and quality
  • Continuously place importance in the organizational goals and visions in relation to safety, compliance, quality, on-time delivery, and process adherence
  • Additional duties as assigned by manufacturing leadership

Requirements

  • Lead or supervisor experience in the food/beverage or pharmaceutical industry desired
  • 2+ years of experience with direct reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to positively influence people
  • Team centered and proactive
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented with an eye on process optimization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high stress situations
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership both verbally and through written media
  • Must be able to handle constructive criticism and guidance
  • Ability to articulate job goals effectively
  • Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking throughout the workday
  • Must be capable of working in front of a computer for extended periods of time
  • At least 19 years of age and authorized to work in the US; proper employment documentation; reliable transportation; valid driver's license
