Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous experience in most areas of maintenance and repairs.
• Good history of job dependability and performance.
• Experience in the use of maintenance equipment and tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• HVAC Type II Certification.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with apartment turns (1 year preferred).
• English language proficiency (preferred).
