About the position

The Maintenance Tech at RAM Partners, LLC is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the properties managed by the company. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service to residents and staff. The position involves completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring that the property grounds and common areas are well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Completes make readies
• Maintains property grounds and common areas
• Performs preventative maintenance
• Maintains a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
• Provides a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis
• Assists in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
• Demonstrates customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver's license is required
• EPA HVAC certified preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
