About the position
California Aseptic Beverages is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure that all equipment in the beverage co-packing facility is maintained in prime operating condition. The role involves performing both planned and unplanned maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and supporting production activities efficiently and timely.
Responsibilities
- Completing planned, unplanned, and corrective maintenance on all equipment including Production, Packaging, and Distribution and documenting all repairs.
- Responsible for changeovers on the various lines according to production needs.
- Help in performing regularly scheduled TBA A3 Speed maintenance.
- Support operators in appropriate production activities.
- Perform proper Tag Out procedures at all times.
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (preferably a technical institute degree).
- 1 year of mechanical/electrical experience, preferably in a manufacturing plant.
- Possess mechanical and electrical ability including PLC troubleshooting, 3 phase motor repair, conveyors, and filling/filler machines.
Nice-to-haves
