West Shore Property Management is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for one of our apartment communities. As a Maintenance Technician, you will work under the immediate supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and be responsible for all aspects of maintenance and repairs within the apartment community. Your role will include preparing units for new move-ins, performing grounds work, and coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor to efficiently complete projects and work orders. You will also be tasked with minor electrical and plumbing maintenance, painting, carpentry, and masonry work, as well as HVAC system maintenance and repairs. This position requires a proactive approach to diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, and ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed in compliance with safety regulations.
