Towne Properties, a leader in the property management industry, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Waterstone Landing Apartments in Perrysburg, Ohio. This full-time position offers a competitive pay rate of $25 - $27 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, along with generous monthly commissions, on-call incentives, and annual bonuses. The scheduled hours for this role are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with an on-call rotation to address emergencies as they arise. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our residential properties. Your responsibilities will include performing a variety of maintenance tasks such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, appliance repair, and pool maintenance. You will be responsible for completing work orders from residents, ensuring that the community remains in pristine condition, and responding to emergencies as needed. We are looking for someone who possesses a strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and a cheerful outlook when addressing residents' needs. To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance, along with a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. You will need to own basic hand tools and have a basic understanding of computer and smartphone technology. Additionally, HVAC certification is preferred, and you must be willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered the position.
