About the position

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians for a local resort located in the beautiful areas of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, TN. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $17.00, with the potential for higher earnings based on experience and qualifications. The role is full-time, requiring commitment from Wednesday to Sunday, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the resort facilities, contributing to a positive guest experience. Your responsibilities will include a variety of maintenance tasks, such as completing work orders, changing lightbulbs, changing locks, and repairing drywall, among other essential duties. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in construction, plumbing, electrical work, or similar fields, who are looking to apply their skills in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Completing work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Changing lightbulbs as needed.
• Changing locks to ensure security.
• Repairing drywall and other structural elements.
• Performing general maintenance duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in construction, plumbing, electrical work, or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
