The Maintenance Technician II position at OKC Home Realty Services is a vital role responsible for performing various home repairs and maintenance tasks. The technician will work on plumbing, carpentry, and other repairs in both single-family homes and apartments, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and ready for tenants. This role offers a flexible schedule primarily during weekdays and requires a self-starter attitude with a commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Repair plumbing issues in residential properties.
• Perform carpentry work as needed.
• Install ceiling fans and other fixtures.
• Conduct touch-up painting for property make-readies.
• Manage repair punch lists for Section 8 properties.
• Ensure properties are ready for new tenants.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience in property maintenance.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience as a maintenance supervisor.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
