Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, painting, electrical work, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, and minor carpentry.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and address maintenance requests promptly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while on the job.
- Assist in the upkeep of the property to ensure a safe and pleasant living environment.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.
- EPA certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficient in plumbing, painting, electrical work, HVAC, and pool maintenance.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with heat pumps preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of completing tasks thoroughly.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
