About The Position
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for addressing maintenance service requests within the community, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective service. This role involves a variety of tasks including preventative maintenance, groundskeeping, and preparing vacant apartments for new residents. The technician is expected to work collaboratively with the maintenance team and provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
