About the position

The Maintenance Technician role at Aerotek involves maintaining and repairing various equipment and machinery within the facility. The position requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting breakdowns, replacing parts, and performing welding tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Replace parts throughout the facility such as coils on robots and water jet heads.
• Work with pneumatic cylinders, bolts, and clamps.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns as they arise, including auto molds and water jets.
• Train on and operate a KMT Streamline SL-V 50 R Plus.
• Perform welding tasks as needed.

Requirements

• At least one year of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience working with 480V electrical systems.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Ability to train on 1st shift for 30 days.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with robots is a plus.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to perform repairs.
• Comfortable working with computers and tablets using Fiix Software.
• Good communication skills.
