Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents in a timely manner.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs.
• Use various tools and equipment to complete maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
• Good working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general construction.
• Ability to use simple and power tools effectively.
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice-to-haves
