We are currently seeking Service Technicians to join our team, who will play a crucial role in maintaining our properties and ensuring a high standard of living for our residents. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our properties. Your keen eye for detail and passion for serving the community will help you anticipate the needs of our residents, whether they are current or prospective. You will perform electrical and plumbing maintenance, including tasks such as repairing wall switches and outlets, replacing bulbs and tubes, fixing leaks in drains and faucets, and unclogging drains. Additionally, you will engage in painting, carpentry, HVAC, and masonry work to replace or repair fixtures, ensuring that all maintenance service requests are completed efficiently. Your role will also involve the make-ready processing of vacant apartments and grounds work, contributing to the overall upkeep and aesthetic of our properties. We are looking for individuals who have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related trade, with HVAC experience being preferred. Proficiency in using general maintenance equipment, including hand tools, paint equipment, and safety equipment, is essential for this position.
