We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance practices. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot various systems, playing a crucial role in maintaining equipment, performing repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including assembling, electrical, painting, and general building upkeep.
• Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist in troubleshooting issues.
• Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic quality of facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform various repair tasks effectively.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
