About the position
The Maintenance & Engineering position is responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of equipment and systems within the organization. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing engineering solutions to enhance productivity and safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Implement engineering solutions to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance and engineering roles.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
