About The Position
The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the grounds, facilities, and amenities of the Homeowners Association (HOA). Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this position ensures that all mechanical systems and equipment are functional and aesthetically appealing. The technician is expected to provide exemplary service consistent with the values of Castle Group, demonstrating outstanding customer service skills while working with both internal teams and external customers.
