The Maintenance Technician at Wapsie Valley Creamery is responsible for performing maintenance on all plant equipment, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work. Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance on all plant equipment including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
- Answer all pages/calls during shift.
- Repair all breakdowns to get machinery back up and running as soon as possible.
- Maintain the company's SQF food safety and food quality system.
- Comply with applicable food regulations and strive for continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
