Responsibilities
- Provide general customer service assistance and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
- Utilize various tools and equipment for cleaning and maintaining facility operations, including equipment repair and maintenance (HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems, etc.).
- Perform pressure washing, plumbing repair, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
- Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures, prioritizing customer safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
