The Maintenance Technician will be based at the residential property "Blue Sky Apartments" in Huntsville, TX. The work hours are typically 40 hours per week, from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, although these hours can be adjusted as needed. The position also requires participation in an emergency on-call service rotation, which is essential for addressing urgent maintenance issues that may arise outside of regular working hours. Candidates must be certified in air conditioning (A/C) to qualify for this position. Essential job duties include the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring that all maintenance activities are performed to a high standard. The technician will be responsible for various maintenance tasks, including plumbing repairs, which involve replacing parts and installing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and faucets. HVAC responsibilities include repairs, cleaning, and replacement of heating and cooling systems. Additionally, the technician will perform carpentry work, which includes repairing and installing doors, shelves, countertops, and locks. Painting duties will involve drywall and plaster repairs, as well as painting to maintain the aesthetic quality of the apartments. Responsibilities

Requirements
