The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and performing minor and routine maintenance and repairs across a wide range of areas, including electrical and plumbing systems, general carpentry, HVAC systems, and appliances. The technician will also be tasked with maintaining security systems, addressing ceiling leaks, and ensuring the integrity of foundations, sidewalks, and concrete areas. General pool maintenance, including upkeep of pool areas, tile, Jacuzzis, and pool furniture, is also part of the job.
