The Maintenance Technician at Corcoran Management Company is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of a large market property in Lawrence, MA. This role involves executing daily maintenance requests, handling emergency situations, and performing routine cosmetic updates to ensure the property remains in excellent condition. The technician will work closely with outside contractors and suppliers while maintaining necessary paperwork related to their work.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily maintenance requests professionally and expediently.
• Remain available for emergency maintenance needs, including emergency flood situations and back-to-back move-ins.
• Make repairs in the building to items such as doors, locks, tiles, and handrails.
• Monitor and work closely with outside contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain paperwork and invoices related to maintenance work.

Requirements

• 6 months+ of trade experience or building maintenance.
• Working knowledge of equipment needed for repairs, including electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to identify safety concerns and solve them effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Specialized trade experience in plumbing, electrical, roofing, or HVAC.
