About the position
The Maintenance Technician position involves troubleshooting and repairing 3 phase motors and making repairs to machine and process control systems used in the manufacturing of steel piping. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Electrically diagnose and repair 3 phase motors up to 480V
- Perform MiG and TIG welding/fabrication
- Conduct plumbing and HVAC repairs
- Repair machine control systems
Requirements
- Experience in property maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with welding techniques (MiG and TIG)
- Experience with plumbing and HVAC systems
Nice-to-haves
- Certification in electrical maintenance
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
