About The Position
As a Maintenance Technician at Love Communities, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents enjoy a comfortable and well-maintained living environment. This position involves managing the general maintenance and curb appeal of our multi-housing apartment communities. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include HVAC repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work, and machinery maintenance. Your work will directly impact the satisfaction of our residents, making it essential to provide exceptional customer service at all times. In this role, you will report to the Director of Facilities Management or the Property Manager, and you will be expected to log and complete resident service orders in a timely manner. Compliance with OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws is a critical aspect of your responsibilities. You will also be required to be on-call to respond to after-hours emergencies, ensuring that our residents' needs are met promptly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, particularly in HVAC systems, and will be able to troubleshoot and repair various mechanical issues.
