Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs, cleaning, and replacements.
• Conduct plumbing repairs and installations, including sinks, toilets, and faucets.
• Execute carpentry tasks such as repairing and installing doors, shelves, and countertops.
• Carry out painting duties, including drywall and plaster repairs.
• Handle electrical and appliance maintenance, including lighting, wiring, and replacing switches and lamps.
• Repair and maintain machinery, including chillers, belts, pumps, and fans.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Strong plumbing skills with the ability to install and repair fixtures.
• Carpentry skills for repairs and installations.
• Experience in painting and drywall repair.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and appliance maintenance.
• Ability to repair and maintain machinery and equipment.

Nice-to-haves
