About the position

The Maintenance Technician at Trinity Trailer Mfg., Inc. is responsible for performing various maintenance tasks and collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of building, mechanical, and electrical systems. This role involves light maintenance duties, problem-solving, and effective communication with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various maintenance projects including building, mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Identify and solve problems, and learn to utilize sound judgment to facilitate repairs.
• Perform general labor duties including but not limited to programming locks, moving offices/furniture, hanging pictures and white boards, and painting.
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner and leave the job site clean and ready for use.
• Perform grounds duties including but not limited to trash removal, snow removal, and lawn care.
• Perform light plumbing duties.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Display an attitude of cooperation and work harmoniously with all levels of company employees.
• Adhere to and ensure company policies, attendance policies, and safety regulations are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
