About the position
The Maintenance Technician at HiFyve is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on CNC machines and other production-related equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines and other production-related equipment such as panel saws, CNC mills, routers, and lathes.
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and other production-related equipment during unplanned breakdowns.
- Conduct a variety of maintenance repairs including building infrastructure, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic tasks with limited direction and guidance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of manufacturing equipment maintenance experience required.
- Experience with preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machines is required.
- Industrial electrical maintenance experience is required.
- Ability to organize and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace is required.
Nice-to-haves
- Related associates degree or Technical School Certificate in Industrial Maintenance is strongly preferred.
- Experience with using CMMS Software is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
