About the position

The Maintenance Technician role involves performing preventative and reactive maintenance in a graphics and packaging manufacturing environment. The technician will be responsible for maintaining various mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform preventative and reactive maintenance
• Maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Maintain corrugators, printers, laminators, and rollers
• Perform general facility maintenance to improve or modify the facility
• Troubleshoot PLC systems

Requirements

• 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial/manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Mechanical certifications
• Electrical experience
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Must have own basic tools (Company will provide specialized tools)
• Ability to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed
