About the position

As a full-time maintenance technician/handyman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of approximately 200 rental units. This position requires a hands-on approach to maintenance tasks, as well as the ability to supervise and coordinate with other team members. You will be provided with a company van to facilitate your work, allowing you to travel to various locations as needed. The role is structured around a standard 40-hour work week, typically from Monday to Friday, with hours set from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. However, flexibility is essential, as you may be required to work additional hours to meet the demands of the team, especially during busy turnover seasons or in response to after-hours emergencies. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance, addressing repair requests, and ensuring that all units are in optimal condition for tenants. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is committed to providing excellent service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rental units.
• Supervise and coordinate with other maintenance staff.
