About the position

The Maintenance Technician at DISH is responsible for delivering TV and Smart Home solutions to customers, ensuring a world-class customer experience. Technicians will receive training to effectively consult homeowners on smart home possibilities while representing DISH in their homes. Responsibilities

• Deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to customers in their homes.
• Educate customers on smart home possibilities and services.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience during installations and consultations.
• Represent DISH in a professional manner while in customers' homes.

Requirements

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Ability to stand on a high ladder (up to 40 feet) for long periods.
• Ability to lift over 70 lbs and meet individual weight limit requirements of 335 lbs.
• Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in varying weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards.
