We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians/Handy Persons to join our team immediately for various Apartment Communities located in Brevard County. This role is essential for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, providing a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in maintenance, with a focus on electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, painting, and drywall repair. The position offers flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, and temporary roles, with weekly pay ranging from $19 to $23 per hour based on experience and qualifications. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including seasonal maintenance and health and safety checks. You will also be tasked with installing locks and ensuring that all maintenance work complies with confidentiality, fair housing laws, and safety requirements. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a professional appearance at all times. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, capable of handling a physical workload, and possess a valid means of transportation.
