About The Position
The position is responsible to the Manager of Maintenance Training and is authorized to perform instruction on all formats of training and testing as outlined in GMM 5-5. The instructor will determine the student's level of understanding and aptitude during training. Responsibilities include taking attendance, supervising the classroom, and ensuring proper adherence to company policies and procedures. The instructor will also conduct research to improve and develop all aspects of training, work with supervisors, managers, and technical representatives to obtain the latest material for training, assist the Manager of Maintenance Training in implementing company training programs, and perform other tasks as delegated by the Manager. Additionally, the instructor is responsible for initiating records for all training conducted, including date, hours of instruction, and subject.
