The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the grounds and facilities are clean, organized, and well-maintained. The role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and effectively manage their time to complete various maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. The Maintenance Worker will be tasked with cleaning and organizing the courtyard and surrounding areas of all buildings, ensuring that the grounds are free of debris and visually appealing.
